Legal
Terms of use.
These terms are the agreement between you and Forthwith Ltd, which runs Filed. By using Filed you agree to them. How personal data is handled is in the privacy policy.
What Filed is
Filed reads public filings (SEC 13F, Form 4, Schedule 13D and 13G, US Congress trading disclosures and European share registers) and shows them with scores, model portfolios and email alerts.
It is information, not advice. Nothing on Filed is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Forthwith Ltd is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not give investment advice.
Scores and Our picks are worked out from past filings and past prices. They are not real trading, and past results do not predict future ones.
Filings arrive days or weeks after the trades they report. A source, a ticker match or a price can be wrong. Check the original filing before you act.
Accounts, free use and alerts
You need to be 18 or over to make an account. The site is free. Alerts are £4.99 a month or £49 a year, with a 14-day trial the first time you subscribe.
Cancel any time. UK consumer law gives 14 days from a first subscription to change your mind. Card details go to Stripe, not to Filed.
Fair use and liability
Do not scrape Filed, resell the scores or alerts, or try to break the site. The filings are public records. The scores, writing and code belong to Forthwith Ltd.
Nothing in the terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Apart from that, Filed is not responsible for investment decisions or trading losses. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
